The Lyrico Youth Choirs Association seeks a choir manager to provide administrative and organizational support to ensure that the Association's mission statement and goals are met. The choir manager will work closely with the Bookkeeper/Business Administrator and the Board of Directors with updates.

Our 2 choirs consist of youth in grades 2 to 12. They have weekly rehearsals and perform at three concerts, with various field trips and retreats throughout the year.

Duties include responsibility for carrying out the day-to-day work of the organization, such as booking venues for concerts, rehearsals, field trips and tours, organizing auditions, ordering choir wear, promoting and advertising choir events, communication, and fundraising. Time commitment is approximately 24 hours a month, with less time in the summer, and more time in the spring & fall.

Qualifications include knowledge and experience in using social media accounts, Canva for design and Squarespace for website, Google docs and drive for generating and storing all choir related items, as well as a keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills, a flexible schedule, a passion for music and youth, and strong communication skills.
